Whether you’re feeling ready to revamp your sex life or want to make sure you’re caring for yourself in ways that really matter, these three resolutions can help you build strong habits around your health, birth control, and communication in your relationships.
- Prioritize preventative sexual and reproductive health care
Regular checkups aren’t just “nice to have,” they’re key parts of maintaining your health.
