    3.    Background: Choose a quiet location with minimal background noise to ensure your voice is clear.
    4.    Length: Keep your video to 90 seconds or less. The recorder will automatically stop after 90 seconds.
    5.    Content: Share your experience in a clear and concise manner. Feel free to mention specific details about your visit to TRT health centers.
